Coach Avram Grant has hand a late call-up to Chicago Fire attacker David Accam ahead of the Black Stars FIFA World Cup qualifier against Egypt.
 
Accam has given an invite by the Israeli trainer having been snubbed in the initial 23-man squad.

The 26-year-old is expected to report to the team’s camp in Dubai as they preparing for the crunchy clash on Sunday.

“Chicago Fire midfielder David Accam has been selected to take part in Ghana’s upcoming 2018 World Cup Qualifying match against Egypt on Sunday, Nov. 13,” Chicago Fire confirmed.

“The 2016 Fire MVP and Golden Boot winner will join the Black Stars for a training camp in Dubai before traveling to Alexandria for the qualifier. Ghana has been drawn into Group E with Congo, Egypt and Uganda.”

Ghana is expected to secure a favorable result against Egypt to maintain their quest of making it to Russia 2018.
