Eastern Business Booster To Be Introduced Under Second Term Of President Mahama - Chief Of Staff

The Chief of staff Mr Julius Debrah has said the government of  President John  Dramani Mahama will introduce the Eastern Business Booster in the Eastern region to promote job creation if  the electorates  extend his mandate in the December 7th election.

He made the statement at Suhum when he called on the Suhum manhene  Osaberima  Ayeh Kofi I as part of his five-day campaign tour of the Eastern region accompanied  by the regional  chairman of the NDC Mr Tawiah Boateng  and some members of the national and regional campaign task force of the party.

Under the Eastern Business Booster programme Mr Julius Debrah said more attention and support will be given to industries to enable them function well to employ more people especially Agro processing industries.

The Suhum manhene Osaberima  Ayeh Kofi I commended President  Mahama and his  government for the various development projects provided to Suhum  and other parts  of the country.

He appealed to government to ensure the completion of the Suhum Water project to ensure adequate water supply to the people and also carry out the second  phase of road projects in the Suhum Municipality.

Osaberima  Ayeh Kofi I also advocated early commissioning of the electricity substation in the town which has been completed for some time now.

The Chief of Staff also called on the traditional authorities of Amanase and Nankese and addressed rallies there as well as Mepom in the Upper West Akyim District. He told  the people  to vote  for  President Mahama and the Parliamentary candidates in those constituencies.
