Avram Grant�s Fate To Be Decided

Ghana Football Association and executive committee of the black stars are set to axe black stars head coach Avram Grant.

Inside report suggests, the executive committee are scheduled to meet today to decide on Grant’s future with the national team, but the picture doesn’t look good for the former Chelsea boss.

A close source reveals, majority of the executive committee members want the Israeli trainer sacked immediately because he has shown a lot of disrespect to them even at a time the football association ordered him to stay in the country.

Avram Grant, have come under immense pressure in recent times to leave his post before the team leaves for the 2017 AFCON and a crunchy meeting will be held by the executive committee of the Ghana Football Association to either end his three months remain contract for failing to record a win with the national team in their last five games.

Ghanaians have criticized the football association for not taking some drastic measures to check Avram Grant since taking over the stars coaching job on November 27th 2014.

At his unveiling, he promised to stay and organize some coaching clinics to upgrade the knowledge of home-based coaches of which only one have been organized so far.

Many reports suggest Grant has demonstrated an action which has triggered the football association’s decision to terminate his contract.

Following Ghana’s 2-0 defeat to Egypt in a world cup qualifier, majority of the executive committee of the national team are contemplating on relieving Grant off his duties and the earlier that is done the better for the national team.

He led the black stars to the final of the Equatorial Guinea tournament where they were beaten on penalties by Ivory Coast, ending the tournament as runner-up.
