�New Kotoko Boss Must Watch It!�

A Former Operations Director of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Nana Yaw Owusu, has said it is important for the newly appointed Chief Executive of the club, business tycoon, Dr. Kwame Kyei to be meticulous in selecting his management team.
 
According to Nana Yaw Owusu, Dr. Kyei should select dedicated, committed and selfless management team that would help him transform Kotoko into a formidable and winsome side capable of winning glories at the local and international fronts.

Speaking to Graphic Sports in an interview, Nana Yaw Owusu said, the success stories of former Kotoko chief executives, Messrs Simms Mensah, Ofori Nuako, Yaw Bawuah came about because of the top personnel they appointed as their management team.“ Once you have committed and selfless management team, eager to work together and take key decisions within a short time in the interest of the club, players are always motivated to deliver to bring smiles to their teeming supporters”, he noted.

He also suggested that Dr. Kyei should maintain the present technical team, while he gets familiar with the football terrain to recruit materials capable of carrying the team on their shoulders.“ They need to intensify the search for quality players for recruitment to beef up the strength of the team. Kotoko do not just go in for any player.They need seasoned players who have the temperament to play for the club. This is because their fans have no time for ordinary players.
