The Minister of Petroleum and Member of Parliament (MP) for Ellembelle Constituency in the Western Region, , Emmanuel Armah Kofi-Buah, has rubbished news circulating that, he has slumped, President John Dramani Mahama, as the cause of his own defeat, as false and mischievous.
According to him, he has not granted any interview, claiming that the President, is the cause of his own downfall and should be treated as fabrication, since it is targeted at bringing his hard won reputation to the gutters by some disgruntled members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
He called on all to disregard the news, which is been circulated by some groups, he alleges are from the NPP in the Ellembelle Constituency and further urge them to desist from the act.
The MP, said these in a press release issued on Saturday morning in Accra, where the minister, further encouraged his followers to remain calm and focus.
“I am proud of the achievements of the NDC led by president Mahama and firmly believe that President Mahama will forever be remembered not only for the great works but his hallmarks of bringing people together, humility, integrity and dedication.
Ghanaians will shortly call for his return and I believe it will be shortly 2020”.
As the Member of Parliament, I will continue to lobby for more developmental projects and the good welfare of my constituents.
