Miss Abena Akuaba Appiah made history by winning the Queen Beauty Universe 2016 pageant in Spain.
Akuaba Appiah put up a sterling performance in the 10-day event to beat other 19 young beautiful ladies from across the world to be crowned Queen Beauty Universe 2016 at the Holiday Polynesia Hotel in Malaga, Spanish.
Speaking to journalist on her arrival at the Kotoka International Airport, the ‘fresh’ beauty queen said she feels honored to have been given the opportunity to represent Ghana –“I lifted the flag of Ghana high”
Abena Akuaba Appiah was met at the airport by Miss Tourism Ghana and her second runner-up.
