"Be Discipline In Your Private Life" - Rawlings

Ex-President Jerry John Rawlings, has advised boxers to be disciplined in their private lives, if there are to succeed in their profession.

Ex-president Rawlings made these remarks when three boxers; Duke Micah, Richard Commey and Frederick Lawson paid a courtesy call on him on Thursday ahead of their bouts next week.

"You must be disciplined in your private lives. Infuse that discipline in your training and that will lead you to success.

"It is a very important. Be truthful to yourself and don't live a double life. Hold yourselves tight.

"Deny yourself good things. Stretch yourself to the last limit and you will be champions.

"That is what Azumah Nelson exhibited to become a champion and reigned for years." Ex President Rawlings stated
