Ashanti Gold’s nosedive seems to be seeing no stoppage as the Miners lost 1-0 to Inter Allies at the El Wak Sports Stadium.
The top of the league continues to be keenly contested as West African Football Academy (Wafa) and Aduana Stars won their respective home games. Wafa, who occupy the summit, beat Bolgatanga All Stars 2-0 while Aduana Stars, just on the heels of the Academicians, beat Tema Youth 3-0 in the week’s biggest win. Medeama SC had also rekindled their campaign a day earlier with a 2-0 win over Bechem United on Saturday.
