Great Olympics Fans Threaten To ‘Stone’ Tom Strand

Some fans of Great Olympics fans have threatened to stone the club’s new head coach should he be on the bench on Sunday against Liberty Professionals at the Carl Reindoff Park in Dansoman.

The Dade Boys were rocked with confusion following the appointment of Tom Strand as head coach of the club, a decision player cum coach Godwin Attram and some fans of the club have kicked against.

The fans registering their displeasure with respect to Strand’s appointment have threatened to stone the former Medeama gaffer if the club’s management allowed him to be at the team’s dug out.

It is now unknown whether Great Olympics will present 18 players for the game, because during the week the team’s training session was divided into two – Attram trained with part of the players at the Fire Service Training Service in Accra.

Strand also trained with the other players at the Ghanaman Soccer of Excellency at Prampram.
