Mills wishes pilgrims safe Hajj

President John Evans Atta Mills has extended a message of "bon voyage" to Ghanaian Muslims as they begin their journey to the Holy Land of Mecca on Tuesday for this year's Hajj. "May the blessings and mercies of Allah the Almighty be with our Muslim brethren," President Mills said. A release from the Office of the President signed by Mr Koku Anyodoho, Head of Communications, on Monday said it was the prayer of President Mills that the pilgrims would arrive safely in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The President also wished that Muslims took part in the pilgrimage successfully and arrived back home safely to continue to lend their support to the building of a Better Ghana.
