<<Print>>The 2016 flag bearer of the Convention People’s Party (CPP), Ivor Kobina Greenstreet, escaped being eaten by sharks after he was rescued by divers in the deep seas of the Bahamas.
Mr Greenstreet, who is in the Bahamas helping a friend out with an election in that country, said he had gone scuba diving but ended up in the shark-infested part of the sea.
According to him, his rescuers had to feed the sharks dead fish to divert their attention and get him out.
Mr Greenstreet posted the video of his escape from shark “jaws” on his Facebook wall saying: “Scuba diving is such a great sport, and thank God I made it out to tell the story to you all.”
