Chelsea manager Antonio Conte led his players on a walk through a rain-soaked Birmingham city centre on Friday morning in preparation for their first chance to seal the Premier League title at West Brom.

Eden Hazard, Thibaut Courtois and N'Golo Kante were all present with hoods securely fastened as the international football stars wowed shoppers by casually strolling down Birmingham's streets.

Courtois and Hazard wrapped themselves up as they braved the damp conditions with the goalkeeper seen chatting with first-team fitness coach Paolo Bertelli. Meanwhile, striker Diego Costa was one of the only players able to crack a smile to photographers.
