Eating Bananas On An Empty Stomach? Be careful!

Eating bananas on an empty stomach is not good for your health, because when the stomach is empty, there is nearly no food in the stomach that can be digested. If in this moment one eats bananas, it will speed up the stomach's movement and the promotion of blood circulation, to increase the heart load. It is very easy to induce the myocardial infarction. The expert advise, do not eat bananas on an empty stomach. The time generally suitable to eat is after meals instead of moments of hunger. The banana is not only a fragrant and delicious fruit, but can also act as a grain. The sugar content in the banana reaches as high as 20%. The ratio of fructose and the glucose is 1:1, which is the ideal food for the supplement of carbohydrate and the elimination of fatigue. Thus, it is often used by the drivers to allay their hunger. But the content of mineral substance in the banana is quite rich, including the massive potassium element. Eating only one banana, is sufficient to keep the potassium at its normal level.  After eating too much bananas, it may lead to the ratio change of potassium and sodium in the body fluid; especially when the stomach is empty, eating bananas makes the potassium in the blood increase at large scale. If the potassium contained in the blood is higher than the normal viscosity of 5.5 millimole/liter, it will cause inhibition effect to the cardiovascular systems and so on. It will induce the phenomena of obvious numb feeling, muscle paralysis, somnolence and hypodynamia, etc. In extreme conditions, the patient will have heart conduction block, arrhythmia. At this moment, if the patient is driving, it can easily occur in a traffic accident, therefore it is not advisable for drivers to eat bananas on an empty stomach.
