The Minister of Education, Hon Alex Tetteh Enyo has said plans for the establishment of a Medical school campus at Kintampo for the University of Development Studies (UDS) to train allied health personnel has not changed. According to the minister, a Committee has been put in place to work out modalities for the establishment of the UDS campus. He said the committee will submit its report to the Ministry by next week. Hon. Alex Tetteh made this known in Parliament today in response to a question by Hon. Stephen Kunsu, MP for Kintampo North. The MP wanted to know the latest development about the proposed medical school campus for the UDS to be sited at Kintampo. Hon. Alex Tetteh Enyo said as a result of the proposed UDS Medical School to be established at Kintampo - the future of the Ministery of Health�s Medical Assistants Training School in Kintampo will be determined later.
