Daughters of Glorious Jesus Insure 100 Under NHIS

As part of the 20th Anniversary Celebrations of the Daughters of Glorious Jesus, the group has insured one hundred persons under the National Health Insurance Scheme. The beneficiaries are drawn from the Talensi-Nabdam District and Bolgatanga Municipalty both in the Upper East Region. Under the operations of the scheme, all dependants of the 100 below age 18 will also be covered. Thus the groups has not only registered 100 persons but have provided insurance for several other hundreds of children. The beneficiaries are from Tongo Beo, Winkongo, Tongo Yin-duri, Sheaga Balungru, Zanlerigu, Pwalugu and Karimenga. The Daughters of Glorious Jesus paid out the insurance premiums at a ceremony in Bolgatanga. The trio was in the Northern Region to minister at the Fountain Gate Chapel at the invitation of Rev. Eastwood Anaba, where they minister songs to over 6000 people. Cynthia Agyare Appiadu indicated that as part of their 20th Anniversary, the group has targeted to register a total of 1000 persons across the country into the National Health Insurance Scheme. She said � We are doing this to show our appreciation to all who have supported our ministry over the years�.
