A number of celebrated musicians in Ghana will on Saturday, September 16 be honoured by the organisers of the Ghana Music Awards UK for their contribution towards the development of Ghanaian music industry.
The event is one of the biggest events which is being organised to reward and celebrate hardworking Ghanaian musicians. It will take place at the Splash Gaumont Palace (formally Dominion Centre) in Wood Green, London N22 6DS in London.
This year’s event is the second edition, and it is expected to draw a large number of music lovers, according to the organisers, Alordia Promotions.
This year’s awards ceremony which has 28 categories will witness back-to-back live musical performances from celebrated artistes such as Ebony, Ernest Opoku, Obrafour and a host of others.
This year’s event promises to build on the giant strides taken last year to propel the industry to the next level.
