MTN Top 4 Raffle winners receive prizes

Chairman of the Ghana League Clubs Association, (GHALCA) Reverend Emmanuel Addotey, has called on soccer fans to avoid hooliganism and rowdy activities to mar League matches and beauty of the game. Rev. Addotey said it was regrettable when football fans enter the stadia only with the intention of causing confusion and chaos and noted that such attitude does not augur well for football administration in the country. The Chairman made the call when he presented the grand prize of the MTN Top 4 soccer special raffle to the winners in Accra on Tuesday. The two brand new Tata Indigo cars went to Mr Felix Owiredu of Kumasi and Michael Armah of Accra. The raffle was organized in conjunction with Sport One Network and Asare Original Pay All. Rev. Adotey said the raffle was aimed at encouraging football fans to patronize matches organized by the Association. He said despite the fact that attendance during the competition was not as encouraging as was expected, it was still better than last year's competition. The GHALCA Chairman announced that the Association will in consultation with the Ghana Football Association and the Professional League Board replicate the raffle for football fans in the Premier League.
