The Leadership of Trinity VIP Bread Bakery has described the National Chief Imam, His Eminence Sheikh Dr Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu, as a blessing to Ghana.
According to the bread company, the Chief Imam has demonstrated ever since he assumed the role as a Chief Imam that his activities are meant to unify Christians and Muslims in the country.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Trinity VIP Bakery, Mr Tawiah Buernatey, while introducing his bread company to the Chief Imam, said the Chief Imam had demonstrated he is an embodiment of peace for Ghana.
“Since I knew the Chief Imam, his way of living and talking has shown that he is a unifier and an embodiment of peace. His actions and inaction have brought an everlasting peace between Christians and Muslims and that is highly commendable,” Mr Buernatey said.
The Chief Imam, through his spokesperson, Sheikh Aremeyaw Shaibu, said it was the first time a company of a Christian background had visited him and presented him with two new dresses and shoes.
While expressing his gratitude to Trinity FC Bakery, the Chief Imam said the donation had coincided with his preparation to celebrate the birth of Prophet Mohammed this month and that he is honoured to have been surprised with such a special gift.
“This is the first time he received a group like this that made a donation of Jalabia to him. He says he is happy with the gesture and it has really touched us.
He prayed for Allah’s blessings and commended them for the gesture. He advised the youth to be up and doing and urged them to stay away from things that would bring confusion, especially when the year is about ending.
Donation
Mr Buernatey, who was accompanied by Pastor Kwesi Duah, the PRO of Trinity VIP Bread Bakery and a Radio Pastor at Hot FM, as part of introducing the company to the National Chief Imam for his blessings especially when they have started operations in Accra, donated 300 loaves of cake bread together with bags of rice, cartons milk, toiletries and two Jalabia dresses, pairs of shoes and cash of GHc1, 000.
The bread company, which started in 2012, has its headquarters in Kumasi and its branches been set up in Accra and Koforidua.
