Drunkards And Smokers Church Opens In Johannesburg

The act of worshipping God is a common practice subscribe to by many people across the globe.
However, how people worship God differs from one religion to another, hence the various distinctions.

The new addition to these existing religious distinctions or sets is probably what the new Gobola Church in Johannesburg in South Africa has introduced.

Gobola Church, which has been in existence for only four months, worships God with their dexterity in smoking and alcohol drinking.

The church, which only admits alcoholics and drunkards, who are above age 22, drink and smoke during their church service to praise God.

The congregants are led to drink and smoke by their Bishop, who himself also drinks before starting the service.

According to the Founder and Bishop of the church, Bishop Tsietsi Matiki, alcoholics and drunkards are people who are despised against by most Christian churches and Islamic faiths.

He explains that when church members, who are alcoholics and drunkards are allowed to do what they love to take, such as alcohol and other smoking materials, it allows them to connect with Holy Spirit of God.

Some of the church members in an interview said they are happy that they now belong to a church that allows them to smoke and drink.
