This remarkable collection of pictures shows some of the most fascinating people on the planet.
The spectacularly different individuals - including twin girls with Down's syndrome, an 11-year-old boy with one of the rarest forms of dwarfism in the world and a four-year-old motorbike star beating older rivals - were all featured in the series by Barcroft TV.
Among the other truly unique people featured in the collection are Dru Presta, a 3ft 4in model who moved to Los Angeles to break into the fashion industry and Martina Big, a busty German glamour model who shocked her fans with a new tan that turned her skin dark brown.
The stories of extraordinary children were also told - including that of six-year-old Zoe Lush, whose rare condition means her bones could 'break in the wind'.
