Thinking Of NPP In Power Beyond 8 Years...Think Chairman Stephen Ayesu Ntim
Ghana's fourth republic democracy (since 1992), has seen a trans-political party 2 term phenomenon. The NDC assumed office in 1993 after the 1992 elections and exited office in the year 2001 after 2000 elections.
The NPP assumed office in the year 2001 after 2000 elections and eventually exited in the year 2009 after the 2008 elections same phenomenon reoccurred to the benefit of the NDC party from the year 2009-2017.
Now the NPP is in government (started 2017 forward). There is not doubt (without any shred of complacency) that, per the fulfillments of our hardworking president, two terms is secured with the least of effort.
However, what shall happen 8 years thereafter? Is the NPP going to relinquish power to these "retrogressive fellows" to destroy what the NPP would have built within the 8 years of President Akuffo Addo? NO WAY!
BREAK THE PROTOCOL! Yes it is time to break the protocol. The NPP will retain power beyond 8 years only with caliber of leadership qualities *CHAIRMAN STEPHEN NTIM* possesses.
HIS SELFLESS NATURE.
The output of STEPHEN NTIM's selfless quality (during his time as the vice chairman) of the party is there for all to see. He settled several "internal disputes" across the regions in the country. Most of the conflicts he settled got a long lasting antidote hence they never reoccurred. He selflessly worked for the party in the nights, at dawns, in the mornings, afternoons, rains and other unfavorable conditions.
HE IS GENEROUS
He helps the poor, (especially party members), sustains and empowers them to (economically) stand up on their feet. This quality is worth emulating. He contributes his quota towards party activities. He embraces party fund raising with good heart and makes his contributions with all magnanimity.
HE OPENS HIS DOORS AND RECEIVES ALL PEOPLE.
In my personal experience I had with him; I had not met chairman NTIM before. However I walked to him after he had had a meeting with party executives somewhere. Chairman NTIM received and talked with me so nicely. In fact he made me feel so important that day. If you doubt this, try it yourself one day and you will feel so great and proud to be a member of the great NPP party.
HE IS A STRATEGIC THINKER
He talks less, He listens more. The next moment he is doing what you wish he did. He sees beyond now to the great future. His plans are SMART (Simple, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time bound). His executions are so efficient and effective
This is the best man the NPP needs in order to go beyond 8 year.* I have said my opinion. Get closer to him and verify and you'll know I never lied to you one bit.
TIME TO BUILD A STRONGER NPP TOGETHER.
