Kwabena is a party man and a grassroot person. Kwabena has worked with several constituencies for the great elephant family over the years.
 
Kwabeba helped form TESCON in UCC at age 19 in the 90s with great compatriots like Hon Mustaha Hamid, minister of Information, Hon. Amin Mohammed Antah, deputy Energy minister, Hon Charles Owiredu deputy Foreign Affairs minister.
 
Kwabena worked with TESCON in the year 2000 and helped win power for the NPP. China played a major role in Cape Coast constituency elections securing two time victory for the then MP, Hon Christine Churchill.

In the heat of the election 2000, the original China was not perturbed even with the beatings he suffered in the hands of some unscrupulous military officers with the wooden part of their guns when this young teenager was tasked to collate the election results of Agona West and East constituencies at same time.

The sad moment of this grassroot party man is when his only UCC friend was shot and killed in Volta region during the struggle of election 2000.

Kwabena is a four time TESCON officer from 1999-2003 holding several positions including Vice President/Communication Officer positions.
 
Kwabena joined Bantama constituency campaign team and became campaign aide to Hon Cecilia Abena Dapaa, former MP for Bantama and current minister of Aviation.
