Kim Kardashian introduced her pregnancy surrogate to her family during Sunday's season finale of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

'This has been such a long journey for us and something I have wanted for so long,' Kim, 37, told the cameras before introducing the surrogate to the family.

The surrogate revealed that she liked being pregnant and that the 'baby looked fantastic' and that everything was going smooth.
