As Kate Middleton and Prince William stood on the hospital steps they joked about 'having their hands full' as they introduced their new boy to the world.

But what we didn't hear was them exchanging a few words with one another as they proudly showed off their new arrival outside the Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital. 

A lip reader told the Mirror what they believe the royal couple said to one another as the world's media were snapping shots of the young prince - and it seems that the new prince’s mother was concerned he might get cold.
