Sammy Crabbe Is Seriously Violating The NPP's Constitution- Akwasi Nti
It is with sadness that I write this petition to the National Executive Committee of our party; the NPP with regard to the nationwide campaign being embarked upon by suspended National 2nd vice Chairman Sammy Crabbe.
Currently, the suspended Sammy Crabbe is seriously campaigning in the Ashanti region, a move I see as a clear violation of the constitution of our party.
I, therefore wish to draw the attention of the NEC that the suspension of the 2nd national chairman still holds, and unless otherwise proven, he cannot go round campaigning to lead the same party which placed such sanctions on him.
What he is doing tells me that Sammy, is still in charge as the 2nd vice and I dare say this could spell doom for our party.
As a once suspended chairman of the Fomena constituency, I made sure I followed all that came with that suspension, and I want the NEC to whip the suspended chairman into line so we don't have any negative precedence for the party.
I also urge NEC to immediately call him to truncate his campaign in the region until he's cleared.
The New Patriotic Party is a well disciplined party which believe in the tenets of the rule of law, and we must act to avert any move to downplay the integrity of our constitution.
It is my wish this petition is given the needed attention.
