National Organizer hopeful of the New Patriotic Party, Mr. Sammi Awuku has pledged his commitment and resolve to party faithfuls across the country.

He says he comes with brand new ideas, fresh energy and commitment to steer the national organizer position of the party adding that his quest to become the national organizer has received a major boost from delegates from the Polling Station, Constituency and Regional levels who have pledged their allegiance and support for him to win the position.

Speaking on Okay fm’s Ade Akye Abia’s programme, he expressed his profound gratitude to some of the party bigwigs like Lord Commey who have supported his cause, and Mr. John Boadu who he says has given him (Awuku) the opportunity, free and open space to go out there and explore on his political mandate.

Mr. Awuku pledged his commitment to release logistics on time to regions and constituencies for effective organizations during party activities.

“I will liaise between constituency and regional organizers to release logistics on time for better planning of the party’s programs,” he said.

He has also promised to offer training programs to all executives in the party if delegates give him the nod.

“I will help train and educate party executives especially the three Organizers of our great party (Woman organizer, Youth organizer and the Organizer) on their position for them to know their duties and responsibilities due them...They will be trained on how to handle logistics, party materials and other needed items at constituency or regional levels....Constituency and Regional chairmen, (1st vice and 2nd vice) will also not be left out in the training modules or programs. 1st and 2nd vice would be trained on the job to avoid any conflict of interest but to foster peace and harmony in the constituency and the regional level....You know I am very strategic person and will build the Party’s Operations Team (Delta Force, Invincible Forces etc) for proper coordination during any party’s activities for them to know they are also important to the party....Party welfare will be the heart beat of national executives, for instance any time there is government initiative National Executives will work hard to get some slot for our supporters and I employ NDC to do same," he added.

The supremo, Sammi Awuku, who has already exhibited his impeccable leadership skills nationwide, called on the delegates of NPP to remain optimistic and believe he will deliver on his promises.
