Mary Posh-Oduro, an aspiring National Treasurer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), has indicated that she has what it takes to mobilize resources for the party to ensures funds are expended efficiently within budgets to achieve the Party’s objectives of winning election 2020 and beyond.

Speaking on an accra based radio station, madam Posh Oduro shared some of her policies that will help the constituencies’ achieve its goal.

According to her, the National Treasurer’s office is a sensitive position that needs someone who is globally connected to political and business stakeholders especially financiers to help mobilized fund for the constituency and all party activities.

“I have been to most of the constituency especially upper west Manyie, and felt their pain on how they go through mobilizing fund to support party activities. If I am given the nod as the National Treasurer of our great party, I will work hard to help solve all these problems.

Also I will help to abolish the 'No Go Area' syndrome in our political terrain.

Madam Mary has been an active member of the NPP both in Ghana and Germany.

When it come to grassroots work Madam Mary posh, worked with the Late Quarshigah in the Volta Region which made a tremendous impact in winning 2000 general elections.

During 2012 elections, she also contributed financially to support constituencies in the three Northern Regions as well as donating a Pick-up vehicle to support the electioneering campaign.
In 2016 with the help of Germany Diaspora, they adopted 10 orphan constituencies and won 9 out of the 10.

Madam Mary Posh-Oduro has many years experience in resource mobilization and sees financial refueling of the party machinery especially, the grassroots as her topmost priority.
