The suspect was charged with the offence after police investigations, according to the Northern Regional Police Public Relations Officer (PRO), Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Mr Mohammed Yussif Tanko.

It was revealed that the proprietor, took monies more than the approved Ghana Education service (GES) fee ranging between GHC 500-600 from the students but still failed to register them for the exam.

Mr. Sulemana Saeed was arrested by the police at the Northern School of Business (NOBISCO) examination centre in Tamale last Monday after about 75 students of the school were left stranded and frustrated at the examination centre after they could not find their index numbers.
