Nina Atala, an Accra-based business woman, has explained her involvement in the opening of Asamoah Gyan’s new sports bar called BJ’s Sports Bar, revealing she owns the property that houses the bar.
According to her, she gave the space for the bar out to the Ghanaian international soccer star, making him her tenant.
Nina, who made the startling revelation to NEWS-ONE on Wednesday, was reacting to an earlier report about Asamoah’s wife missing at the bar’s opening, in which she was mentioned.
According to the report, some persons mistook Nina for Asamoah’s wife, while sources have alleged she is the one managing the bar.
The report further cited her for posting a picture she took in the bar on Instagram long before it was opened.
However, Nina has revealed that she owns the property and she finds nothing wrong taking pictures there.
“I am not Asamoah Gyan’s mystery woman. I own the property and you can also do your checks. So if I take a picture it’s my own place,” she indicated.
The BJ’s Sports Bar, which is supposedly derived from Asamoah’s Baby Jet nickname, was opened last week Friday. The bar is located in the heart of Osu in Accra and is also the newest member of the Gyan investment conglomerate.
