Kwaw Kese On The Death Of His Son: 'It Is Well'

Rapper Kwaw Kese’s first post on Social Media after the death of his son is solemn.

On Tuesday, July 3, 2018, news broke that Kese’s son had died some three days after he was born at an unnamed private health facility in Accra.

Doctors at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, where the baby was transferred to after developing heart complications on Friday, June 29, 2018 told the parents there was nothing they could do to save the baby’s life.

He couldn’t travel outside the country for a cure also because of his size. The baby died on Monday, July 2, 2018 after unsuccesful attempts to save his life.

The dead son would have been the rapper’s second child with wife, Mrs. Doris Kyei Botchwey.

The couple’s first child is Docilla Nana Hemaa Botchwey, who Kese once described as “the best gift I got from 2016” and “lovely present.”

Mrs. Botchwey is popularly known as Pokua/Poks off her role in popular Ghanaian Television series, Efiewura. She also owns Poks Inn.

“It is well” tweeted the rapper on Tuesday, July 3, 2018.
