Renowned Gospel Musician, Rev. Josh Laryea has revealed that the sex scandal which was rant with all manner of accusations leveled against him by the International Central Gospel Church(ICGC) affected him even-though he was mute on it.
According to him, the drama after the issue worried him, that of his family, close relation and many others.
” I will be a BIG liar to say I wasn’t affected though did not show up on me. There is always a time to keep quiet over certain issues and that is one thing we should all know” – he said.
To me, he intentionally decided not to make a comment about the whole issue since he was emotionally down.
” It was deliberate at my end because it you talk out of emotions, you don’t make meaning out but rather create a lot of problems for yourself ” – he added.
He further explained that, in times of difficulties and trials, it is rather better to be mute and draw strength from the Lord.
According to him, deciding to be alone in those HARD times drew him more closer to GOD and that was his goodness to leave for betterment till now.
