2018/19 Europa League Draw Sees Chelsea In Group L

2013 Europa League champions Chelsea return to the competition this season and have been drawn in Group L to play PAOK, BATE Borisov and VIDI.

The draw was held on Friday at Grimaldi Forum in Monaco.

The 48 teams were finalised after the play-offs on Thursday.

There will be a number of Ghanaian players in this year’s competition just like last year’s edition, which saw Thomas Teye Partey win with Atletico Madrid.

Partey wins 2018 Uefa Europa League with Atletico Madrid. Andre Dede Ayew will be playing for Fenerbahce in Group D. They will come up against Dinamo Zagreb, Spartak Trnava and Anderlecht, who will have Ghanaians Dauda Mohammed and Emmanuel Sowah Adjei in their fold.
