J.J. Rawlings Wins 'Just Like You'

TV Africas most original reality TV series yet, Just Like You came to a glorious end last weekend when, Chris a radio presenter who imitated the likes of former president J.J Rawlings, Kokonsa and Fritz Baffour throughout the competition, was crowned at the ultimate winner. Like a political race between the NDC and the NPP, Chris beat Charles Dankwa who mimicked Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo and Dan Afari Yeboah over the period. While Charles imitated the politician with near perfection, he wasnt as great with the indefatigable quiz master and perhaps his inability to win in spite of his steaming popularity. The series which started with 13 contestants mimicking famous people in politics, religion and entertainment often provided humourous consequences for audiences and viewers week in and week out. Among the characters that enjoyed double takes but in looks, characterization and mannerisms were Kofi Wayo, Kwesi Pratt, JA Kufuor, Daddy Lumba, President Atta Mills, Bob Okala, Agya Koo, and Kwaw Kesse.
