The Kojo Bonsu 2020 Regional Campaign Tour began on Monday 15 October 2018 in the Central Region, with the first stop being the Awutu Senya West Constituency.
Hon. Kojo Bonsu and his team then moved on to Awutu East, Gomoa East and the Agona West Constituencies.
Party executives and members of the constituencies including ward committee coordinators met Hon. Kojo Bonsu with lots of enthusiasm and zeal.
The NDC Flagbearer aspirant took time to address the gathering and stated reasons why he wants to lead the NDC to victory in 2020 and beyond.
He shared his ideas, thinking and solutions to the problems of the party and stated that his overall objective is to give power to the people on the ground through unity.
Hon. Kojo Bonsu stated strongly that he intends to address the previous neglect of the party people, people with capable hands and went on to state that this will be one of his priorities as a leader.
The reception from all the constituencies, branch and ward committee members throughout the tour thus far was overwhelmingly encouraging.
Members and executives were very elated and encouraged by his words and they gave assurances that in turn gave the Kojo Bonsu 2020 Campaign team the confidence for a successful tour.
