The Member of Parliament for the Klottey Korle Constituency, Dr. Zanetor Rawlings has called on members of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) to set aside their differences and unite for victory in the 2020 elections.

Addressing branch executives and supporters of the NDC from the Klottey Korle constituency over the weekend, the legislator underscored the importance of unity in their quest to wrest power from the ruling NPP.

“If we say we want power in 2020 and we cannot unite in opposition, are we sure of what we want?” she asked

She noted that even though things are hard under the Nana Addo-led government - "that will not automatically win power for the NDC if the party is not united"  

“Even in a family, there will be disagreements, but if we cannot put our disagreements aside and unite before 2020, that will cause the party” she noted

Adding that, “Let’s be united and rally behind our party to win the 2020 elections.”
