“I Am Ready For The Hearts Challenge”

Kim Grant, the newly appointed Sporting Director and first team coach for Accra Hearts of Oak, has said, there is enormous pressure at big clubs and he is ready for it, as he takes up on his new role with the Phobia family.

“I am anticipating some challenges as the new Sporting Director and first team head coach of this club and I am prepared for it.

“I can’t make everyone happy and it’s a fact of life but I am determined to build a strong, powerful and successful team for the future.”

According to the former Black Stars player, his vision was to see pass any challenges at the club but, to build a formidable team and the fans of Accra Hearts of Oak, would see progress when the right structures are put in place.

“I am not only going to look at the first team but also our academy, there should be progression into the first team and should be very gradual.

“We want to be sustainable and produce our own quality players that progresses goes into the first team, where they can move into the international levels.

“The fans would see the progress of what we want to do, with the philosophy we have and the transformation we want to bring into the club” he said.
