Pastors Should Stop Misleading Christians – Gospel Artiste
Sensational gospel artiste and Pastor Solomon Bismark Arthur, popularly known as Sir Solomon has warned pastors to stop misleading members through their teachings.
The young Pastor bemoaned how some pastors have gradually made the church a money making machine by only prioritizing financial breakthrough message and neglecting the main reason of God establishing the church that's soul winning.
He said he could foretell how disaster will befall some Christians since some Pastors have decided to limit Christianity to only binding of demons and financial freedom.
He noted that the main purpose of Christianity is not about economical, philosophical, political and psychological, therefore Pastors who have taken delight in misleading their members should be very careful or they will face the wrath of God.
Sir Solomon said “it is true that Christianity has a positive impact on all fields of life but the financial aspect of it is just a byproduct but not the intended purpose therefore Pastors should focus on teaching their members how to become true disciples of Christ else he fears many Christians will end up in hell”.
To buttress his claim he quoted that “Jesus said, ‘your Father in heaven knows that you need these things but first seek the kingdom of God and its righteousness”.
In addition, he stated that “there are some who have been Christians for over 5 years and do not really know the main purpose of Christianity because all that they have been hearing at church over these years are all about financial freedom and binding of demons”.
He said there are many Christians, when you ask them to pray to have a right standing before God, will pray haphazardly, however these same Christians will pray with maximum energy when you to bind the demons in their fathers’ and mothers’ house which is so sad.
He bitterly lamented how some men of God are sending their members to hell and warned them to refrain from misleading their members because their ought to prioritize the salvation of their members over living a comfortable life “ riches”. Because it’s even written in the bible in the book of Proverb 11:1 that “a false balance is an abomination to the Lord” so pastors should be careful with limitations they are putting on Christianity.
