Jael Strauss has lost her battle with stage IV breast cancer.
The former America's Next Top Model contestant passed away at the age of 34 just two months after her diagnosis, TMZ reports.
The star began chemotherapy after her diagnosis but had decided to stop the treatment by Halloween and entered hospice care by Thanksgiving.
