Huawei Terminates Their Contract Whereas GES Sanctions Comedian Teacher Kwadwo Over Pedophilia Comment

Popular Ghanaian comedian cum teacher, Michael Owusu Afriyie a.k.a Teacher Kwadwo has been caught in the web of the cliché, ‘the internet never forgets‘. This is because a joke posted on his Facebook page somewhere in the month of September and November 2016 respectively has come back to affect him greatly.

On September 22, 2016, Teacher Kwadwo who teaches at the Akrofuom D/A Primary in the Adanse South District, Ashanti Region took to his Facebook page and updated his timeline with a pedophilia-related post.

Two months after the above post, Teacher Kwadwo for reasons best known to him came to Facebook and updated his timeline with another pedophilia-related post.

Now, it’s in the light of the  pedophilia-related posts years ago by comedian Teacher Kwadwo that a group of feminists on social media who pride themselves as PepperDem Ministry petitioned Huawei to do the needful by terminating their contract with the comedian because he’s a potential rapist and a negative influencer.

Don’t forget that the popular comedian months ago was endorsed by Chinese multinational networking and telecommunications equipment company, Huawei Technologies as their ambassador for the promotion of Huawei Mate 20 series.

As part of the package, Huawei technologies on October 23, 2018, flew some entertainment personalities in Ghana including Teacher Kwadwo to United Arab Emirates (Dubai) purposely to the launch of their latest phones, Huawei Mate 20 series.

However, as a result of the pedophilia related joke or comment passed by Teacher Kwadow, Huawei has terminated their contract with the comedian as a result of the petition put forth by PepperDem Ministry.

Not only Huawei that Teacher Kwadwo has suffered in their hands but Ghana Education Service (GES) too has warned him with official letter when he was reported by PepperDem Ministry. According to PepperDem Ministry in their petition letter to GES, their employee is a threat to his students taking into consideration his pedophilia-related posts on social media.

Lo and behold, GES after thoroughly looking into the petition by PepperDem Ministry (social media feminist group), they’ve issued a letter of caution to their employee to desist from such acts on social media else his teaching license will be revoked forever.
