2nd Lady Dazzles Power Chapel Bishop With Her Pure Heart Of Giving

The second lady, Samira Bawumia seem not be endearing into the hearts and souls of only the political circles, but much importantly, men of God and destitute across the country.

Particularly with her heart of giving to widows, which has become her hallmark of late, the wife of the second most important personality of the land, on the eve of the new year, put smiles on the faces of several widows at the Power Chapel International, at Tanoso in Kumasi.

She made a presentation of about One Hundred and fifty (150)humpers with cash to widows of the Power Chapel International and others who worshipped with them during the 31st watch night services Kumasi.

Her surprised kind gesture was triggered by the Head Pastor of the church, Rev Victor Kusi's monthly financial assistance to widows in his outfit.

According to mrs Bawumia, she was moved by such sincere benevolent act by Rev. Kusi during her (Mrs Bawumiah) visit to the Ashanti region in December last year.

The second lady had visited the Ashanti region in December, for similar function: to dine with widows in the region, as part of her nationwide " Dine with the Widows programme."

In the 31st night gesture done on her behalf, Mrs. Samira Bawumia sent the items worth thousands of cedis and an undisclosed amount to them as part of her Christmas giveaways to the less privileged.

The message which was delivered through her aides on December 31, 2018, was to put smiles on the faces of widows and widowers.

According to her, what Rev. Kusi and his church have taken upon themselves, to take care of the monthly expenses of the many widows in and outside the church is a reflection of the virtues being preached at the chapel.

She was touched and added such men of God will continue to inspire her and her quest to reach out to the world in her own way.

Sounding perplexed all through his sermon, Rev. Victor Kusi spoke highly of the second lady.

He added that it is only "mothers with huge and pure hearts" like her that could trigger such immense gesture.

To him, even God did not hint him of Mrs Samira Bawumia's visit, let alone the presentation.

The Rev. Minister blessed her on behalf of the widows, stating that with every smile that she had put on the faces of each of them, her requests and dreams had already been answered.

He called for more of such hearts in the country, to support the church raise souls for Christ's kingdom.
