Love and relationships are and have always been one hell of a gamble— you cannot win it all, it is either you lose or you win. Whichever way it happens for you, you thank your stars and continue living. I am yet to accept if indeed there is a particular group of people or tribe of men with the penchant of breaking hearts.

A Nigerian actress is of the notion that Nigerian men are not good for her and she would definitely marry a white man. According to this lady, she has always known this and after a couple of failed relationships with Nigerian men, she confirmed it.

“I don’t have a problem with Nigerian men but I just feel they are not right for me,” she insists. “I’ve been in one or two relationships with Nigerian men, and I tried to make it work but it didn’t work, it didn’t favour me.”

Sylvia Edem added that “I’ve actually said I wanted to marry a white man right from when I was growing up. It’s not like Nigerian men are that bad but this is my own choice; it’s what I want. After trying two relationships with Nigerian men and it didn’t work for me, I gave up.”
