The SWAT team, one of the operations unit of the Ghana Police Service, stormed the Bawaleshie electoral area during the bye election in the Ayawaso West Wuogon.
The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) questioned their presence at the polling centre. According to them, if they truly belonged to the Ghana Police force, 'why were they wearing masks'?
