Mother of the dead NDC boy gunned down at the National Democratic Congress [NDC] regional office in Kumasi, Abdul Wasiu Iddrisu on Monday says she believes it is the will of Allah that her son be shot dead.

According to Zainab Suleman she believes her son was called by God because no one can kill her son without God’s approval.

“I don’t have much to say, but all I am saying is that I thank Allah because it is his will that my son should die at this time. I believe that nobody can kill my son until Allah approves of it, it is Allah who gave him to me and he has taken him back,” she tearfully said.

“It is sad that Ghana has lost a great person, but we should all keep calm and pray for Allah’s protection. I also pray that Allah strengthens, bless and protect the youth of this country from evil attacks,” she further added in an interview with Joy FM News,

However, at a solemn Islamic ritual for the deceased, Abdul Wasiu Iddrisu, armed military and police presence prevented attempts by some sympathizers of the deceased from causing trouble at Tafo, a suburb of Kumasi.
