#NDCdecides: Joshua Alabi’s Name Missing In Voter's Register

One of the leading contenders in National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearership race, Prof Joshua Alabi’s name is nowhere to be found in the voter's register.

Prof Joshua Alabi, who went to his polling station in Krowor Constituency in Nungua, a seaside township in Accra to vote, had a shock of his life when his name, according to his agents was “deliberately” deleted in the register.

After several minutes of searching for his name in the register, the polling officers could not find the name. This is a deliberate attempt. Why are they doing that?" Dude Sekele aide to Mr Alabi questioned in an interview with Okay FM.

The issue, according Dude, led to the building up of tension at the voting centre – but calm has now been restored.

The polling officers said they will make sure he vote,” he said.
