General Secretary of the Progressive People's Party [PPP], Murtala Mohammed, has urged members of the National Democratic Congress [NDC] to stop defending comments made by its Chairman, Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo when the truth is clearly talking for its self.

Speaking on UTV’s ‘Adekye Nsroma’ Monday programme, Murtala Mohammed indicated that the leaked tape is nobody’s voice than that of Ofosu-Ampofo, therefore he sees no reason for members of the NDC wanting to shield the tape at all cost.

“Are members of the NDC telling us they are experts in detecting whose voices they hear in an audio . . . they should explain better to us? The voice in the leaked audio is Ofosu-Ampofo’s clear voice and he cannot deny that,” he said.
