Yvonne Nelson, Lydia Forson, Others Support Chase Forever To Bury Mom

Musician Chase buried his late mother, Maame Ama Acheampomaa, in Kwabre-Heman, Kumasi, over the weekend.

Maame Ama, 59, died in February 2019 over undisclosed cause. She is succeeded by two children‒ Chase and his younger sister, Markeziah Baaba Mensah.

She was laid in state at the Baffour Akoto House O.J 244 Ashtown, also in Kumasi, before she was finally buried at Kwabre.

It was all a tearful moment for her two children and other mourners who came to bid farewell to their late mother, whom many described as very good person.

Many eulogised her for her unconditional love towards people who crossed her part in this life. She was also praised for her unique cooking ability.

The funeral on Saturday was attended by a number of influential persons in the society and ministers of state.

Among them were Osei Kwame Despite of the Despite Group of Companies, soccer star Samuel Kuffour, Yvonne Nelson, Lydia Forson, Coded of 4X4 fame and a host of others who came to support Chase and his sister.

The funeral activity ended with a thanks giving service on Sunday at the Calvary Believers Church International.
