The Deputy Attorney General of Ghana, Hon. Member of Parliament for Tempane, Joseph Dindiok Kpemka, has revealed that he has always believed in the innocence of Menzgold Ghana CEO Nana Appiah Mensah.

Nana Appiah Mensah is once again the messiah for a lot of people as he was before his legal and political troubles started, due to his court victory in Dubai which has once again made him a free man.

All of a sudden his ‘supporters’ are back making all the noise and his ‘haters’ have retracted into their shells. We just cannot wait to see the next development in this roller coaster ride and how everyone would react to it.

Anyway, the Deputy Attorney General, speaking to Blakk Rasta on Zylofon Fm in reaction to news of NAM 1’s release, said he has always believed that the accusations against the Ghanaian businessman in Dubai were fabricated.

Kpemka was part of a government delegation that went to Dubai to call for the businessman’s release to Ghana.

He also said that Nana Appiah Mensah would be free to leave the Gulf pending an appeal from his opponent or the expiry of a 30 day period.
