The General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, popularly known as General Mosquito in an interaction with Citi FM narrated an encounter between him and the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission (EC), Jean Mensa during an IPAC meeting held on Wednesday, 24th April, 2019.

Asiedu Nketiah who said Jean Mensa was 'talking as if she was possessed', added that the latter complained he was teasing and laughing at her; so he replied 'Madam I will try as much as possible to frown my face".
