Professor Kofi Agyekum, popularly known as Opanyin Agyekum, Dean of the School of Performing Arts, University of Ghana, has revealed why some projects are often not completed in the country, especially by successive governments.

According to him, most of these projects are "given to political friends or family members and so no one can complain when something is being done wrong".

He made these comments while speaking to the Saglemi Housing Project Saga where money has already been given to the contractor whiles work is yet to be completed.
