I’ll Never Be Like Ofori Amponsah, Nothing Will Make Me Turn Back – Kesse Vows

Kesse’s decision to announce that he has been sentenced to life in prison to serve God through his music is raising some concerns from his fans and critics alike.

Even though some people are already turning into prophets of doom who believe that just like Ofori Amponsah aka Pastor Alawa, he will soon come back to do secular songs because the financial benefits associated with gospel music will be woefully inadequate for him.

For such doom prophets, the one-time TV3 Mentor music reality show winner has vowed categorically that nothing in this world, be it total poverty or too much wealth, will ever make him come back to his old sinful ways.

Speaking with Zionfelix on the ‘Uncut’ show, Kesse admitted that the new path he has decided to walk on as a result of the call from God consistently for some three years is not an easy one but he is fully ready to soldier on.

He affirmed that his recently released gospel track titled “Mehu Yesu”  is one that should tell the world that he has no plans of coming back to his sinful ways. He disclosed that the lyrics of the song speaks volumes on his new direction in the Christian journey.
